Creating Cool Web Databasesby Joseph T. Sinclair and Carol McCulloughThis book is now out-of-date and out-of-print. I wrote this book, published in 1996, for non-programmers. Unfortunately, it was way ahead of its time and did not get its first review on Amazon.com until April, 1998. It seems that only programmers read it at first. They thought it was too easy and severely criticized it. However, non-programmers eventually discovered it and gave it good reviews. It featured Cold Fusion, which has become a mainstay of Web-database application development. Today I use a Cold Fusion Web-database application I created for my timeshare.com website, and I am still a non-programmer. If you are a non-programmer, you may find 50 percent of the information in this book still valuable, and it will give you a good start on creating Web-database applications.
